I think that at this rate, the future of people of color in the creative industries is a force to be reckoned with. We've stopped asking for chances and started creating opportunities when no one thought we could and it’s powerful.

What is your dream job?

To start, I’d love to be a news anchor or daytime talk show host. Eventually, I’d like to dive into many titles having to do with broadcast media.

What is the last thing you learned?

Not everything is what it seems.

What are you working on right now?

I would say if you're serious about it focus on it. Do what feels right and eliminate as many distractions as possible (people included). Focus on your goal, do research and don’t be afraid to reach out to other creatives for guidance. Network. Be your own inspiration and broaden your horizons. Keep your energy on your passions.

How do you keep your creative drip going?

I try to stay consistent with my personal blog of all my thoughts and beliefs, my mental health Youtube channel, and I write a lot of unpublished pieces shining a light on women of color and mental health issues. I also try to pitch ideas and collaborations to newer online media websites.
