How do you keep your creative drip going?

By exploring different avenues of creativity and leaning head first into new ideas.

What is the last thing you learned?

How to properly express how I am feeling to someone.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Stay focused and don't let others sway you from your passions.

What advice would you give to creatives of color looking to pursue their passion full-time?

Start young and lean into it. Being scared will never get you any where.

What do you do?

I DJ and I work on a youtube channel. When I'm not playing weddings, I'm creating gaming videos for youtube with some of my closest friends.

What are you working on right now?

Currently, I am working on a way to blend live gaming with podcasting. I am testing it with a friend as they are trying to be more outgoing in their creative process. I am always finding new ways to express myself.

What inspires you?

My favorite colors and love for professional wrestling.

Describe your dream job.

Travelling the world, playing gigs for charity kinda like Life Aid.

What skill(s) would you develop of you had more time?

Producing more music and creating unique mixes.

If you could talk to your favorite creative for an hour, who would it be and why?

Pharell. The reason I want to talk to Pharell is simple. He understands people and taste in a way I can only dream to grasp. I want to just talk to him about his life and experiences, how he manages to stay so positive in a world filled with hate and negativity.

What industry blogs/websites/podcasts do you enjoy?

The Joe Budden podcast, State of The Culture

What do you think the future holds for people of color in creative industries?

I think the future is limitless. People of color have been creating the culture for years.
